Depending on the nature of the fault, we aim to quote within 5-7 business days. Repair quotations are emailed for approval prior to any work being carried out. All repairs include a 90 day warranty (parts and labor) against reoccurrence of the same failure and guaranteed to meet the manufacturer’s published specifications. NIST traceable calibration is available for an additional fee.

If we cannot repair your instrument, or you do not wish to proceed with the repair, you just pay the shipping costs.
