The Viavi (JDSU) FBP-P5000 Fiber Probe Kit can be used for examining and inspecting fiber cables. This device can connect via USB directly to a laptop or a PC and allows the inspection and analysis of a fiber end face image in a single step. It is ideally suited for simple pass/fail acceptance testing.
The FBP-SD01 Kit includes the all-digital USB 2.0 inspection probe (P5000) coupled with FiberChek2 software, and a carrying case. In addition, this kit also includes SC & LC bulkhead inspection tips and universal 2.5mm and 1.25mm patchcord inspection tips. (FBPT-SC, FBPT-LC, FBPT-U25M, FBPT-U12M)
