The Teledyne LeCroy SDA-813Zi-B Serial Data Analyzer is a four channel, real-time oscilloscope, which offers a bandwidth of 13 GHz. The SDA-813Zi-B Serial Data Analyzer forms part of the SDA 8 Zi series of devices from Teledyne LeCroy that are based on the WaveMaster 8 Zi Series oscilloscopes and are equipped with double the standard memory to capture more unit intervals in the eye diagram.

The SDA-813Zi-B includes an enhanced high-speed serial pattern trigger that operates on up to 80 bit patterns and at speeds up to 3.125 Gb/s. Whether debugging eye pattern or other compliance test failures, the SDA-813Zi-B rapidly isolates the source of the problem in your design.
