Keysight CX1103AThe CX1103A Cur Sensor is dedicated for the Keysight CX3322A and CX3324A Cur Waveform Analysers, and enables the widest bandwidth cur measurements up to 200 MHz. The minimum measurable dynamic cur is 100 pA level with a low burden voltage. This sensor is designed to measure cur waveforms at low-side of the circuit, which means the SMA connector’s outer conductor is connected to the circuit common. It also allows to add low noise offset DC cur so that small waveforms on relatively large DC bias cur can be clearly measured.Features and specificaiton of the Keysight CX1103A include:
