5048 is the much-awaited follow up to the 1.3 GHz TR1300/1 VNA. It also runs on an external PC, but now has a greater frequency range and greater accuracy. It is easily transported between work stations and offers a great value solution for magnitude and phase measurements up to 4.8 GHz. This VNA comes in two configurations, S5048 and TR5048. The difference between these configurations is the number of S-parameters that can be measured, based on the number of signal sources and receivers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
