These instruments offer you  the capability to sweep not only frequency, but also other parameters as well, such as phase, amplitude, offset voltage, or duty cycle, with linear, log, linear step, log step, or arbitrary sweep patterns. You can even sweep frequency and amplitude at the same time.  The Yokogawa FG320 Function Generator offers up to 256 programmed sequence steps.Features and Specifications of the Yokogawa FG320 Function Generator include:
