Tektronix P5200A HIGH-VOLTAGE DIFFEIAL PROBEThe Tektronix P5200A High-Voltage Active Diffeial Probe can be used with any Oscilloscope and enables users to safely make measurements of floating circuits with their Oscilloscope grounded.
